Try to eat little and often. Eating 5 or 6 times daily not only will raise your metabolism,but it will help you to not feel hungry during the day.
Replace part of the carbohydrates with proteins. Proteins help the body not
to lose lean muscle mass as the result of the caloric deficit.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables that are healthy foods rich in vitamins and minerals,very essential for a good health.
Consume complex carbohydrates not the simple one. The sweets and sugar
must be avoided because they raise the level of insulin in the blood,
favoring the accumulation of fat.
Avoid sweet drinks such as coca cola or fruit juices. Drink lots of water,
which keeps your body well hydrated.
